There are no updates to the chart. The 2010-2011 chart is still good law. However, the Pennsylvania General Assembly is currently deliberating the following legislation. If enacted in their current form, the following bills will change Pennsylvania’s DUI laws as follows:
Senate Bill 1184
●ARD eligible clients with BAC .08 to .159: 15 day suspension + 6 month ignition interlock.
●ARD eligible clients with BAC >.16: 45 day suspension + 18 month ignition interlock.
● Refusals: eligible for OLL with ignition interlock after serving 90 days of suspension.
Senate Bill 1262
●Lowers highest BAC level from .16 to .15. Any BAC above .15 becomes highest Tier.
●ARD eligible clients with BAC > .15: 45 day suspension + 12 month ignition interlock.
